Terms of Service

1. Seller and agreement

Unstuck AI is operated by Hutch Automat LLC. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these Terms and contract with Hutch Automat LLC.

2. Service description

Unstuck AI helps users organize documents, screenshots, and life-admin tasks into small action steps. The service provides organization support only and does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, or other regulated professional advice. AI outputs may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before use.

3. Accounts and authority

You must provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, and be responsible for activity under your account. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

4. Acceptable use and misuse

You must not misuse the service, including by:

• using it unlawfully or for fraud, spam, harassment, or deception;
• infringing intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• uploading malware or attempting to interfere with security, availability, or integrity;
• probing, scraping, reverse engineering, reselling, or bypassing technical limits;
• using prompts or outputs for illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware, or model jailbreaking.

You are responsible for your inputs, prompts, outputs, and having the rights to content you submit.

5. Intellectual property

Hutch Automat LLC retains ownership of the service, software, documentation, branding, and related intellectual property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your purchased plan. You retain ownership of your uploaded content and grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit it solely to provide and secure the service.

6. Payments, subscriptions, and Paddle Merchant of Record disclosure

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

Subscription plans renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless Paddle or applicable law requires otherwise.

7. Service level and warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free performance and disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, illegal use, repeated or serious policy violations, or where required to protect the service or other users. When access ends, your right to use the service ends and data may be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hutch Automat LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability where prohibited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Hutch Automat LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
