Hutch Automat LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for purchases made through Unstuck AI. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

How to request a refund

Our payments are processed by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout. You may also contact our support team through the app and we will help route the request to Paddle.

Subscriptions and cancellations

You may cancel a subscription at any time from billing settings or through Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals; your current paid period remains available until the end of that billing cycle unless Paddle or applicable law requires otherwise.

Paddle refund handling

Refunds are handled by Paddle and may also be subject to Paddle's Refund Policy. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
