1. Who we are

Hutch Automat LLC operates Unstuck AI and is the data controller for personal data processed through the service.

2. Personal data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, login credentials, and account settings.
• Uploaded content: documents, screenshots, notes, prompts, and task details you submit.
• Support data: messages, attachments, and feedback you send to us.
• Usage data: feature interactions, device identifiers, browser data, IP address, logs, and diagnostics.
• Payment metadata: customer, transaction, subscription, plan, renewal, and cancellation metadata from Paddle. We do not receive full card numbers.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• To create accounts, authenticate users, and provide paid access: contract performance.
• To process uploaded content and generate organization tasks: contract performance.
• To secure the service, prevent fraud, debug errors, and enforce terms: legitimate interests and legal obligations.
• To answer support requests and service notices: contract performance and legitimate interests.
• To improve product quality through usage analytics: legitimate interests or consent where required.
• To send marketing messages: consent where required, with opt-out controls.

We do not use uploaded documents to train AI models.

4. Sharing and recipients

• Service providers and subprocessors: hosting, database, authentication, analytics, support tooling, and AI processing providers used to operate the service.
• Paddle: Paddle.com acts as Merchant of Record for sales, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, invoicing, refunds, and buyer support.
• Professional advisers: legal, accounting, insurance, or security advisers under confidentiality.
• Authorities: regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other parties where required by law.

5. Retention

We keep personal data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to processing of your personal data; withdraw consent; and complain to a supervisory authority. We respond to rights requests within 30 days where required by law.
